these are very money minded people with zero safety at all i believe they can surly kill a person for their money why i am saying is one of there Patiala Brach deals with Poor labor class people traveling from UP to Bihar and they take the booking amount from them than keep on changing the dates till the time there bus is not full some of them lost there family member for those uneducated people they will keep on changing the time till the time bus is full that also we ignored as long journey they also need to do business ryt but, than also for these money minded people will not leave them on their destination they will drop them any where in as per your convenience,

for a urgent basis my mom travelled in same bus booking was done with only condition SAFTY OF FEMALE PASSANGER and journey of journey of female co passenger in sleeper seat only but once bus moved in the midnight at Ambala they “THEY ASKED MY MOM TO GET OF THE BUS AND CHANGE THE BUS WHEN SHE DIPUTED SHE WAS DRAGGED BY 5-6 MALE BUS STAFF OUT OF THE BUS AND WITH LAUGAGE AND WHEN SHE STARTED CRYING DUE TO THIS ALL STAFF ENJOED THIS AND LEFT MY MOM IN IN THE OTHER COMPNAY SAME ROUTE BUS AND LEFT THE PLACE. when this came to our notice these people gave the other bus number and blocked all number.

After ensuring her safety i am awareness every platform not use their service. it beyond my imagination Trust me really don’t want other to suffer the same so chose safety chose value of your money chose other service provider, if they can live happily with doing this to labor class poor people they can don’t even bother about other people at all.
